@damn6 "War Time" does not count when no war has been declared by either side. Banning the Church, the Opposition Media, the Opposition Parties, the Native Language of Ukraine, etc. has nothing to do with war either way. The Mercenary Junta in Kiev is just a bunch of criminals USUK hired to start a Proxy War with Russia.
