Calling a Secretary - a "Diplomat", and "second most powerful"... ...I think you have either slept through Law School, or it is part of your deceptive gatekeeping routine. Pick up a copy of "Company Law Handbook: the Fundamentals" or similar guide, read what the Legal Term - "Secretary" means, and stop being a cringe.

@ A Secretary is NOT a "Diplomat". Not even by a long shot. Read a corporate law guide. Words don't have infinitely bendy meanings in a Court of Law.

Once you figure out what a "Secretary" is in Law, you will understand why the MSM and Alex here prefer to mislabel him as "Diplomat". The implications are huge.

@eddastrohmayer251 No there is no such legal definition: "in the context of the USA" ...and to make things even worse for your case - Secretaries "of State" have always performed some of the duties of ordinary Secretaries, quite transparently. If Alex doesn't know or is unwilling to acknowledge the form of entity that the "US Government" is then he should not be making presentations about it. It only reinforces the Illusionist Deceptions propagated by the Mainstream.
