Go to the web pages of the Imperial Governor Generals of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, and tell me how "ceremonial" their powers are! All the UK and Colonial PMs including the American satrap lined up before Emperor Charles to pledge their allegiances. If you call that "ceremonial" then you have absolutely no leg to stand on, calling other countries "dictatorships", ...sorry.

The Russians withdrew, but the junta had slaughtered hundreds of Ukrainians. They then tied up the the casualties from the shelling and presented it as "Russians executed Ukrainians".
