It's a vicious circle of stupidity. GOP is "The Stupid Party" now, as former GOP LA Governor Bobby Jindal predicted - out loud - nearly a decade ago.

Today's headline is that now Mexico has been induced to do more to control northward traffic of immigrants in its country, at the urging of President Biden, and as a consequence, illegal entries are now down in number - significantly. This means that Mexico's policies were key to resolving any "crisis", and not failures of Biden administration policy. GOP has been lying about this for several years now to sabotage Biden's shot at reelection, and that was their only reason. Truth never entered into their calculations. The GOP is a national menace to our democracy and security.

The terrible, horrid, emergency disaster at the southern border that GOP used as an excuse to fell ate Putin by blocking aid to Ukraine suddenly went "poof!!" when Christmas break for congress's time came, and they all decamped for WEEKS. Tell me all GOP aren't filthy liars, and even more filthy betrayers of our commitments to our allies.
