  6. From the USA here, there is no way on earth, at ALL, that the USA would tolerate, much less sponsor, much less cooperate in the clandestine development of some bio weapon against Russia. The USA has more respect for Russians than their own monstrous Kremlin mob-leadership is. But we are dramatically alarmed by the passivity of so many Russians we see on channels like "1420", where people refuse to face or express the truth and frankly say it's because of the danger from their own leadership if they do speak up and criticize.   9. Could the heightened Putin meddling in Georgia be seen as a counterbalance to what Putin sees but won't admit is a coming loss of Ukraine and Belarus too? Taking more on the far side from Europe to compensate for a loss on the borders with NATO? Sort of seems like a "retreat move" to me. And maybe the rest of the Stans east of the Caspian need to worry about that too. And get ready. Maybe beat Putin to the punch.
