I had never ever seen that footage at 21:00 of Putin decrying the sabotage of apartment blocks, blowing them up in the night, full of people, blaming Chechen "terrorists" of course. The horror of it is even deeper, watching this, knowing that it was Putin himself, a true psychopath and sociopath, who had ordered the FSB to do it as a "Reichstag Fire" stunt to unite Russians behind a renewed war against Chechnya to galvanize his election prospects. It's chilling to see this. I knew it, but never saw this before. Chilling.
