  4. I've been a litigator for almost 40 years, and that "security guarantees" language to me means less than nothing, and guarantees nothing. With a cheat like Trump, you need every detail down to the atomic level spelled out in bold, in clear and exact, unambiguous language. There was more detail in the agreement that guaranteed Ukraine's security 30 years ago in exchange for giving up its nukes. I can't believe this satisfies Zelensky and Ukraine.
