  4. Oleksy makes a very credible argument. In the US's wars, we always had the power to prevail, but still sent 18 year olds to war. Ukraine is running out of men. But when I first heard this expectation by the US that Ukraine should draft 18 year olds, my reaction was that it was necessary. But we have to deliver the power to win to Ukraine.
