  2. Is Dugin blathering about "Kemal's Turkey" meaning Kemal Ataturk, and his dream of a progressive, Turkey unsaturated by Islamic militancy? Because on the surface at least, Erdogan has been hacking away at that dream himself in many ways for years. He's happy to exploit Islamist militancy when it serves him.
