  2. This piracy and the rest are happening because Russia hasn't had legitimate "government" by professional governors for decades. It is 100% a mob swine pit, and anyone doing business there knows it and pays for protection, from the lowest to the swankiest in the "Moscow Int'l Business Center." That arrangment has no prayer of lasting forever, and so when it begins to collapse, the collapse comes quick, and looks like this - pretty much everything in this video, all incompetence and lawlessness-based. And yes, it looks ugly and pathetic. Bush league.
