  1. In Georgia, they can ask for a woman's medical records if she has a miscarriage, to determine if she did something to cause the miscarriage like smoking, drinking, or drugs. If a prosecutor determines she caused the miscarriage, she can go to prison for manslaughter. I don't think women are being "hysterical" to be upset by the new law. And in Alabama, I don't think women are being "hysterical" to be upset that rape and incest victims will now be forced to give birth to the rapist's baby.
