  1. ALSO if Tonya McDowell's case wasn't a federal case, whereas Lori Loughlin's case was a federal case, you're comparing apples and oranges anyway. Loughlin's federal case was subject to a scoring system that applies to all federal defendants. Her score simply did not add up to a long sentence.
