@ThatGuyz82 I'm not having sex with someone I barely know AND I'm not having sex with someone I have no emotional bond with. Women want an emotional bond AND sex together. Casual sex is more costly and risky for women than for men. You guys are all over the map. You don't want a woman with a high body count, yet you expect women to have sex early on before there is any bond or established relationship. You can't have both.

@ThatGuyz82 If you want a lasting relationship on a solid foundation, the first thing you do is get to know the person. Statistically, the marriages that last are "best friend" relationships. You need to like them before you love them. Then the emotional bond follows and comes before a sexual relationship. In the days when couples were celibate before marriage, do you think there was no emotional bond by the time they got to the altar?

The analogy of going on a date doesn't work - it suggests a man asks you out because he's expecting sex at the end of the date. I thought a first date was a chance to get to know the person to see if you even have enough chemistry to go on a second date. Women want to feel their man loves the whole of them or else they start feeling lonely in the relationship. The women who complain about sex say their husband pays zero attention to them EXCEPT when he wants sex - that's never going to work and you can't ask women to put up with it.

@Christine-j7n It's so weird. The irony is that they complain about women with high body counts too. There's a guy who made a comment on another video who complained that he can't get the beautiful women he wants, but the ones he's not attracted to keep trying to get with him. This is exactly what these guys complain that women do. Insane.

@gailainsley6939 Yeah, if a guy broke it off with me that soon because of sex, my only conclusion would be that he wasn't the least bit interested in who I am as a person. If you're in it for the long haul, you want to know the person. It did sound like the only goal was sex.

@johncrow5552 The person who issues the invitation being expected to pay for the date is simply an old rule of etiquette, not a plot against men. In spite of knowing the etiquette, I have usually offered to pay half, but most men will refuse. A lot of women say the same - that they offer to pay. I've heard TONS of women online say they prefer informal and inexpensive first dates because they don't want to feel bad or obligated if it doesn't work out. Many women also say they like "activity" first dates because there's less awkward pauses in the conversation because you are also busy doing something.

@johncrow5552 I've never thought in terms of "men spending money on me." My general rule is that on a first date, the person who issues the invitation pays the bill. It's better if it's not an expensive date. A coffee shop date followed by a pleasant walk in a public area is no pressure on either. After that, if you're both still interested, now you're in the "getting to know each other" stage, which should be a fairly long stage. At that stage, you should alternate who pays and each should be extending invitations to the other. There are always inexpensive or free things to do, like going to museums. As this goes further along and if there is real interest and chemistry, THIS would be the time to pull out all the stops with an occasional nice dinner out, but again, alternate it. If one can't afford that, they can cook a dinner or pack a picnic which is just as romantic.

@maelstrom2313 I saw NOTHING in his story except a woman who was coming over to spend time with him in the early days of their dating. He is angry because he didn't get sex out of it on his ridiculous time table. He's an entitled brat.

@maelstrom2313 He gave zero context to why he chose to give her sexual pleasure. ZERO! You were not provided with the reason why he did that, nor if there were actions on her side that led up to it. You were not provided with her thoughts about it. He seems to have no idea about her thoughts on anything. What we DO know, is that he was more hyper focused on getting sex than he was on getting to know her. That's an important piece of information. In his objective to get sex, he no doubt thought making the moves on her would get him there faster. There is no indication in his story that it was her idea. Her not returning the favor could easily have been because she wasn't ready for it in the first place, but didn't want to offend him. If she was ready to have sex, SHE WOULD HAVE.

@maelstrom2313 That's only one tiny part of the story though. And maybe she wasn't even wanting him to do that in the first place, which would explain not returning the favor. The rest of his story is bs. Would love to hear her version. For him to expect a woman he's only just getting to know to jump into sex is crazy.

@maelstrom2313 It's been all too predictable to observe your entirely red pill reasoning process. Here is his initial story: "I dated a woman for 1 week. We went on a date, got along great. Set up something for the next weekend. By the next night she wanted to hang out. We hung out every night for the week. By day 3 she was wearing no makeup and coming over in sweats. All of my advances were rejected. On day 6, I kicked her out of my house after she accused me of only wanting sex. I told her she only wanted validation and if we were emotionally going from 1 to 10 in a few days, then the sex needed to follow. If she did not want to have sex so soon, then she should not have pushed the emotional relationship so quickly." She very CLEARLY wanted an emotional connection before progressing to sex, which is the NORMAL sequence of events for relationships. He very CLEARLY didn't give a damn about an emotional connection and he kept trying to force the sex (by his own admission). He. Only. Wanted. Sex.

@jeffpliskin Whatever I wrote was months ago and there are 84 comments. Therefore, I don't know what comment of mine you're replying to. However, as a response to your comment, one should not commit to a relationship based on only one date.
