  1. While it's true that the houses didn't cost millions, they were still expensive for the time. The owners rented them out from the beginning because most bought them as a vacation property. Very few lived there year-round.

  2. The water itself is on a totally different level than in Miami. So so clear. And the sand is finer and whiter being 99% pure quartz.
