  1. I live in the GA mountains. Our forecast warning 1 DAY BEFORE Hellene hit, warned of flash floods, 70+ MPH gusts, downed trees, downed power lines, and possible rescues. Erwin TN would've had the same forecast. The owner IGNORED THE FORECAST WARNING in spite of his business lying right next to a river.
