  193. Carl, What did I write up top? I SAID the parent should NOT have forced the child onto an 8-hour flight, because it was beyond his ability. The signs of severe autism are not difficult to diagnose. Mild autism would be tricky to diagnose, but not severe autism. I was saying my niece was autistic a good two years before the doctors diagnosed her. The doctors could not possibly spend as much time with her as I did, so they weren't able to observe all her behavior. The parents began to notice something was wrong the Christmas she was three-years-old. I saw the same behavior they saw, and thought to myself that it was almost like she was autistic. Later, I picked up a book on the subject and my niece had every single sign. Diagnosis is based on observing behavior. It's not like there's a blood test. I tried and tried to tell the family that she had every single sign of autism, but they didn't want to hear it. Two years later, she was finally diagnosed. It was sad because early intervention is recommended. Here are the signs I observed: She had started out talking normally, and then over time began to lose all language ability. She stopped talking. She stopped making eye contact. She stopped answering to her name, yet it was plain she wasn't deaf. She started lining her toys up in rows endlessly. She was great at puzzles, but didn't play with toys in an imaginative or "role playing" way that normal kids do. She was given a toy farm and she only played with it like it was a giant puzzle. She didn't understand what a farm was or how the characters related. They were objects without meaning. When she wanted something, she would grab a person's hand and silently take their hand to the thing she wanted --- autistic kids will often use another person's hand like a tool, instead of asking for what they want. She had no concept of physical danger or dangerous heights that normal kids develop by a certain age. She would only eat an extremely limited range of foods. She lived in her own world and didn't interact with anyone. All of those are signs of autism. When a child has THAT MANY signs of autism, you don't have to be a rocket scientist or doctor to see what's right in front of your face.

  221. I occasionally read stuff at a web site for women that tends toward radical feminism sentiments. The majority of the readers have Masters or PhDs and are in their 20s and 30s. I once said in the comment section that Trump could win because the left turned their backs on the working class. You know what the women said? They said that the working class didn't matter because they were just a bunch of white men who once had all the privilege and now they were angry because they no longer had it. Since when did the working class ever have the kind of privilege these highly educated women have every day of their lives? We talked about the impact of undocumented workers pushing wages down in a country where working class jobs are already drastically reduced. They denied this was happening and reiterated that Trump supporters were just angry white men. I pointed out that we've never opened the floodgates to bring in professional classes of people in equal numbers as undocumented blue collar workers. I said that if we had, THEIR professional salaries would have plummeted also. It fell on deaf ears. They insisted that there are plenty of technical workers coming into the country. Well, NO, the number of educated workers legally immigrating to America is nowhere near the number of undocumented blue collar workers that pour over the border. This blind spot is crazy for such educated people to have. They have all the privilege, but accuse blue collar men of being bitter that they no longer have privilege. They never had it; they just used to have jobs that paid the bills.

  936. Studies are one thing, but you don't even talk about statistics that aren't faked. You never talk about the "assortative mating" pattern of today (men and women of similar educational and career status marry each other), which totally contradicts your insistence that women are eaten up with hypergamy. You don't talk about how different the divorce rate is between socioeconomic groups. College educated couples have a divorce rate in the twenty-something percent range. You don't talk about the effect of an age gap on divorce rates - the less of an age gap, the lower the divorce rate. There is also research on the valid reasons women give for deciding to divorce - no one will hear it here, though the info would help the men in your audience gain some perspective. You don't talk about the fact that a lot of dating apps are 80% men and 20% women, which skews everything in the women's favor. Your male audience needs to go outside and touch grass and meet real women in the wild where the percentages are even. Your explanations of how women think are merely Red Pill memes. There are forums on Reddit and elsewhere for men who've left the Red Pill behind and found their relationships with women greatly improved because they realized most women weren't actually like the memes. They were tired of being angry and that was the impetus they needed to free themselves from Red Pill angst. I know this will fall on deaf ears. I've had absolutely HORRENDOUS stuff happen in my life at the hands of men. I walked away. Same story for many many many women. When we are traumatized by men, we tend to just quietly build a life without them. Men who have trouble with women seem unable to do the same. They create endless channels and podcasts about "evil" women and even worse, some incels go on rampages and murder women they don't know. Or they worship Andrew Tate, the guy who admitted to getting dozens of women to fall in love with him and once he was certain they were hooked on him, persuading them to do porn . . . for him . . . then he'd pocket most of the money the women made. He's vile and he's a Red Pill icon and hero to so many men. Women are shouldering life's challenges and getting more degrees than men are, yet Red Pill guys are still whining that women have it easy. Way too many men are a mess these days.

1704.  @vanbeet5105  I have a cousin who was stalked and assaulted by a guy she dated and broke up with. My sister worked for a small business and the owner kept trying to corner her. He'd try to trap her with his arms. My stepsister was at a high school dance and afterward she and her boyfriend and another couple went for a walk at a small shopping center. They were approached by three men. The other couple ran away. The three men shot the boyfriend and gang-raped my stepsister. After they were finished, they put a bullet in her head. She somehow survived and had a huge scar on her head for the rest of her life. My niece had a job where every day she went to work, she was harassed by a manager. She even stopped wearing makeup in hopes he would leave her alone, but that didn't work. The ordeal didn't end until she went to another company. I worked for an oil company where the creepy managers and vice presidents would try to get us girls to go out drinking with them on Fridays. At first I thought it was innocent until I saw that it was not. My mother dated a boy in high school who started grabbing her like an octopus with 8 arms. She stopped dating him and never told her parents why. I had to report a guy at work once because he would wait until he was alone with me in the elevator and start saying things. I felt trapped in there with him. I once got off a commuter bus from work that stopped at a large mall. As I was cutting through the parking lot, a man started walking rapidly towards me and talking a mile a minute. I instantly knew he was trying to make me stop to listen and he was walking to me so fast so he could grab me when I did. I RAN from him, so I"m still alive. Do you want me to go on?

1788.  @31minutesago  Had a guy in a class who was obsessed with me, though I didn't know at the time. He told me later he managed to get his seat changed so he was sitting right in front of me. He was always turning around to talk, but otherwise he wasn't on my radar. One day, he realized we had a female friend in common and started talking about that. The girl in question and I both had a secret crush on a guy in our music theory class, and that guy was standing in the courtyard right at that moment. I casually pointed him out and said my friend had a crush on the guy, but didn't say I did too. He immediately said, "Oh, she can do better than him!" I didn't understand why he was dismissive of the guy, but I ignored it. That casual exchange prompted him to hatch a plot. A couple of weeks later he said he knew a handsome guy he was sure my friend and me would like a lot more than the guy we had a crush on. He went on and on about how great this mysterious handsome guy was. Handsome guy had a boat and with his agreement, he invited my friend and me out on the boat. His real motive was to spend time with me, but he didn't admit that until much later. My girlfriend ended up canceling and he knew I wouldn't go on a boat alone with two men, so he had to find another girl. He told me later, he chose the most promiscuous show off he knew, because he wanted handsome guy to go after her over me because she represented easy sex. His plan worked. She was as provocative as he hoped for. It became clear on the boat that handsome guy was going for easy sex. On the drive home we were in the back seat. My hair was in a million knots from the ocean winds. I started combing it out and he said, "Oh, let me do it!" He spent an hour combing out the knots. He told me later he was in Heaven, but I had no idea. After that day, he kept up a relentless rush of getting me to participate in more "non-date" outings. They had to be "non-dates" because I never expressed interest in him and he acted like his only goal was setting me up with someone else. His secret goal was to wear me down with his continual presence. Then he began portraying himself as the final arbiter of every subject - to elevate himself and make me question my own judgement. He was trying to create a mental dependency on him. Without ever discussing it, he managed to incrementally slide into a situation where we were dating as a couple - though I'd never consciously liked him that way. I eventually got free, but it was like freeing myself from a determined octopus with eight arms. I was unaware of his plotting and planning, but he later confessed it all to me. It never occurred to him that if he had to plot and be so secretive about his real intentions, the relationship was imaginary on his side.

1872.  @thecurrentmoment  The red pill is faulty in that it assumes all high-earning women insist on marrying a man that is even HIGHER-earning. No doubt there is a sub-set of women who think that way, but I think they're a minority. That type of woman is more likely to live in a highly competitive environment where wealth is the norm among their peers. For the past 20 years or so, we have switched to "assortative mating" - equally high-earning professional men and women are marrying each other and they have a low divorce rate. Whereas it used to be that high-earning men married women of lower earning power. The women who are not getting married as much, and have higher divorce rates, are women with less education or earnings. This flies in the face of what the red pill says and it's been documented to pieces. I don't understand why this well-known fact seems to be invisible to the red pills. Looking at the studies, a young woman would conclude that pursuing success pays off. It's also insurance that if she doesn't marry, she won't end up impoverished. Add to this the economic situation where everything is more and more expensive. I always laugh when red pills say THEY aren't impressed by her earnings. Well, she is earning for HER OWN well-being and to expect her to be okay with ending up as a bag lady if the romance thing doesn't happen is bonkers. This is not to say I have any issue with trad wives. That is a valid lifestyle too. Everyone should run their lives however they want to. But women do worry about being dependent on a man and how poor they will end up if the marriage doesn't work out or if he dies.

1893. I'm not a fan of Prison Planet, but Paul Watson himself sometimes offers up truth bombs. This video is the truth. There's a web site I used to read called "A Practical Wedding" aimed at engaged or newly married millennial women They sometimes talk politics also. The site founder and staff were up front that they were supporting Hillary Clinton. Even Bernie Sanders was a bridge too far for them, and they think Julian Assange is Satan himself just to give you an idea. Fair enough. But I noted with dismay that they had several comment threads where their readers discussed boycotting Thanksgiving or Christmas with family members who voted for Trump. They freely talked about their loss of respect for their own parents or extended family who voted for Trump. They expressed grief that they will never look at these family members the same. The milder comments only talked about planning to verbally jump down the throats of any family members who expressed support for Trump or his policies. The expressed belief was that the only reason anyone would vote for Trump, was that they were racist and/or sexist, or at best that they discarded their principals for vote for their own self interests. If this is a common millennial response, the future of families is grim. Clearly, their love of family was paper thin to begin with. Don't look to them for support. By the same token, If they themselves should ever stumble and find themselves in trouble - say they can't pay their bills or buy food - I guess they will end up homeless and starving. Because they threw their families away. And since this is what they are now modeling for their own young children, you can see the fragile future of family life they are creating for themselves.
