We got mostly parliamentarian systems in Europe where you need to form a government with multiple political party's. My country the Netherlands voted for a fascist party, but they don't even get the Prime Minister as head of the country. Their policies are not all being implemented too. It depends on how many seats you get. We basically now got Trump and Biden working together with 2 other center rightwing party's. We consider Biden here also center rightwing to avoid confusion. Left we have Bernie and AOC kind of political party's that are the opposition. I'm so glad we've this system now. I'm more left leaning, but still we can vote for issues that are social issues that align with other party's and the fascist party can't get out of the EU or just close the border completely. A government can also fall when they disagree and find other political party's to form a government with. If our Trump does something insane another party can say that they want out. We could completely ignore the biggest party and get enough seats with another party instead. Ours likes Trump likes to Twitter too, so it won't be long until it falls. On top of that we've the EU parlement that is shifting a little right too, but left and center party's will still win. I'm gonna be worried when the EU gets rightwing or countries start to leave the EU. Poland went left instead of rightwing and Orban has huge scandals now in Hungary, but his party still is too big to defeat i think. We could get another leader in Hungary maybe. I never pray, but please god let him go away please. Anybody else would do.
