  2. It's everywhere. I live in Europe and all the countries are in a housing crisis. My country the Netherlands has a housing shortage of 317000 houses on a population of 17.5 million and not even a powergrid to expand on anymore. We need to have a huge powergrid megaproject makeover to even give houses power. Companies now started complaining that they can't expand anymore too. A grid makeover would take at least 10 years and a lot of tax and higher energy bill. Which is already very high because of freaking Russia. Who gets blamed? immigrants of course. Although we can't ever build 317000 houses on our powergrid and the most important tech company in the world is threatening to leave. The company is ASML by the way. Housing prices go up this year with 8% to 10% and the salaries won't. Another 4 years with a government doing nothing. The absolute worst thing is the mailbox company tax evasion in my country. Companies have to have a address in my country to evade profit tax, so we have shell companies that need a house or building here. Completely insane.
