@fionafiona1146 Doesn't Germany has the highest gdp of the EU? Doesn't Germany have only a 62% debt to gdp too? Now compare that to Italy. They have the second worst economy in Europe and they got saved by Germany too during COVID. Italy had highest budget deficit too. I wouldn't mind at all if Italy leaves the EU. It would be perfect for you too. We can close the border next to Italy when they leave as the EU, which is a gateway for immigrants. It would be Meloni's problem and the Italy's debt too.

@fionafiona1146 Don't take those loans, it isn't hard. Italy has Euro and the bank is the European Central Bank. The same bank the rest of the Euro countries have. Italy will cause a debt crisis and bring us all down. That's exactly the problem. If they had their own currency i wouldn't care all. They need to be stopped running a budget deficit and be forced to pay off their debt to 60% debt to gdp. Or leave the EU.
