@The_Midnight_Bear Not really. Orban is not certain about his place in the ECR. The GOP is also a mixture of party's. Orban has a very socialist agenda for instance. Lots of rightwing party's do in Europe. There's not much of a comparison i can think of in Europe. It's also because of our system. You need to take in more different stances to form a government. You can't go mad mode capitalism here. On healthcare somebody will stop you for sure and you will lose if you even come close to a US style system.

@The_Midnight_Bear Orban wants to join the ECR after EU elections. The Fidesz is a non member now. "we are ready and will join" Orban 3 months ago about joining ECR after elections. All those countries have Universal Healthcare. Meloni give out money for home improvements. The GOP is more like Sweden or the VVD in the Netherlands. Way more capitalistic both don't have universal Healthcare and low taxes for the rich. My country the Netherlands is a tax haven for corporations. O% tax and we pay 38% income taxes. Lots of loopholes in the system to exploit for billionaires and millionaires. The Tories in the UK are also perfect, but with more class. The Tories and Reform together and you got the GOP recipe for disaster. The normal working people pay tax and the millionaires do not. Sounds about right. The PVV and VDD together in the Netherlands are the GOP. It's kinda perfect because New York used to be New Amsterdam and that's where Trump is from. Stock market was a Dutch invention too. Wallstreet is even named after the Dutch wall of the colony.
