It's actually kind of smart giving them green energy. Their production will be cheaper. Countries on fossil fuels can't compete with their prices. Soft loans won't kill their economy and other african will see this and be on Europe's side. If they give most of those jobs to Africans and pay and treat them better it's not gonna be a hard choice.

@sotch2271 Like which first world country isn't making more green energy? All of the EU is, Australia is, Singapore is, New Zealand is and also the US is. Name one first world country that isn't!?

@sotch2271 How can fossil fuel be cheaper!? You don't need to find, drill or transport it. You don't even need a gas, oil or coal factories. You store store it in batteries. It's only expensive to install, but that would run forever. Oil and gas rigs you need to install too, but they will have move a rig everytime. If you overproduce wind and solar and sell it to a country green energy will always be cheaper. The first countries that overproduce and sell it will be the richest countries on earth.
