She needs to go home and make sure it's 0% because Italy has a 137% debt to gdp and it's supposed to be 60%. More than half. The budget deficit should be max 3%. Italy is 4% over here too. Time to put Italy in economic quarantine like Greece and take away assets and universal healthcare in Italy. They got even lower tax rates than healthy EU countries too.
