  2.  @nyali2  They don't if they want to stay in the EU. You do realize protections of the LGBTQ community is in the document you sign to join the EU. The ECHR also has freedom of expression and not freedom of speech. He definitely has no right to stay in the EU. On top of that he stole EU funds. He needs to be arrested and send to jail.
