  4. Debt to GDP is 13% higher in Italy. It's worse than the US. It's not by the way. You need to add 4.5 trillion to the 37 trillion, because the Trump tax cuts are gonna pass. It will be 41 trillion soon. The could come close to a offset by budget cuts, but social security and medicaid need to be cut, so lots of homeless on the street.

  5. Italy actually went down already, but got saved by EU recovery funds during COVID. Italy is even using these funds until today. The last 2 years Italy had the highest budget shortages of 7% too under Meloni of the EU. Nothing has changed. Meloni should be cutting social programs like crazy right now, starting with healthcare. I would start thinking about moving if i were you. Italy is gonna fall. It's just a matter of when. Italy is gonna be like Greece. The entire treasury will be taken over by the EU and all assets will be sold of Italy. You'll be paying off Italy's debt until you die.
