  1. That's just 155 mm shells. Everything else we have more. The US has been making 155 mm shells at double capacity for those 7 months they didn't give aid, they got a 7 month stockpile build up and in the EU they are expanding 155mm shell production too. If a war broke out between NATO and Russia 155mm artillery would be useless, because we would be dominant in the skies. The size of the NATO airforce is bigger than all of BRICS countries together. Also HIMARS would counter barrage them with precision, which would be easy because they got more range. Just driving from Russia to Ukraine would be impossible with artillery and a truck on a road with F35s circling and HIMARS support. You can even hit Moscow from Lithuania and Latvia with PRISM HIMAR missiles with a inch precision. Day 1 the Kremlin would be gone. Just Poland bought 200 of HIMARS. Try to cross the Suwalki gap with 200 HIMARS aimed at you. I wouldn't want to be them, that's for sure. It's also not viable to let the 60 billion aid of the US run out on 155 mm shells, because more advanced weaponry is far more useful to Ukraine. The EU has already got a million 155mm shells together, so they've a full year to expand production. Some extra HIMARS wouldn't be bad either to counter barrage artillery. Ukraine will use those F16s to attack Russian artillery too, so they've also have a new weapon to use. These 155 mm shells are used to rally support by politicians in the west. There's no way Russia could win a war against NATO. China, North Korea, Iran and Russia together don't even match NATO firepower. To show you how much the difference is in firepower. NATO spends $1.3 trillion on their army and Russia $84billion. China spends $178 billion. It's not even remotely close. That's even without countries like Japan, South Korea, Australia and etc.
