 @Funglutton Switzerland, Greece, Czechia and Norway barely have any population. All of them together have less population(manpower) than Ukraine.

@Funglutton Armies are measured by size, right? You're naming countries that have 5 to 10 million people living in it, while Ukraine has 40 million. Not much of a comparison. It isn't strange that Ukraine is higher on that list at all. They're not 3rd world. Norway has a very advanced army, but only have a 5 million people. Ukraine's army has 1700000 million soldiers with reserves. Norway doesn't even have 100000 soldiers.
