  7. Nothing is more capitalistic than high tax rates. China before the 1980s 0% tax rate, Russia 13% flat rate, Soviet Union 10% flat rate and Venezuela 34% flat rate. America in the 1970s 70% tax rate top bracket and in the 50s it's 91%. Why is this, because the governments own the companies in communism. The profits are the tax. Trump wants to take over the federal bank. That's communism. It usually goes hand in hand with a oligarchy.
