  2.  @mmm-xc8zk  Growing it in with than three plants is illegal in my country and selling it isn't. In my city they changed it though. It's legal to grow for coffeeshops in my city, but not for the whole country. Germany is actually making a huge mistake. We try to do a weedpass here in the Netherlands and that helped the dealers to sell weed again. Within a year the weedpass was gone.

  3.  @100100freak  In Germany you need a subscription to cannabis sellers right? People without a subscription will get their weed from dealers. Dealers also sell harddrugs. It won't stop the dealers. It's the same idea as a weedpass and that failed miserable in the Netherlands. Drugdealers got extra income from selling weed. Drugdealers didn't sell weed before the weedpass. So the government canceled the weedpass very fast.
