  2. Very untrue. We do have VAT, but that's a sales tax also on domestic products. On cars the US has the highest tax on Europe. There's a 25% tariff on pick up trucks and vans on Europe by the US already and a 4% on cars. Europe has a 10% tariff on cars, vans and pick up trucks. Food products is never gonna happen. We had farmers protest for years in Europe. It were more riots than protest by the way. French farmers even attacked Spanish Cava and Polish farmers derailed a train with Ukrainian grain. In my country the Netherlands it was even more insane. They stopped a passenger train from moving, set the road one fire drove a tractor into a local council house, were protesting in front of politicians houses and there was a incident where cops shot 2 times at a tractor with a 16 year old driving it. They never fire shots in my country. Touching food in Europe is like burning the American flag in rural Texas, but thanks for making farmers cheering for the EU here in Europe. They are gonna like the leftwing party's and Europe way more now.
