  1. Batteries from the Iphone come from China. "Currently, Apple's main battery supplier is China's Amperex Technology." The stuff where batteries are made of also comes from the US and China. They both can't make batteries without the other. The new chips is a different story. ASML is the only one in the world who can make the newer chips. China uses the older Deep UV systems from ASML. Now they are not getting those either. That's a 2 decade setback.

  9. China is already behind. China never got the new EUV machines from ASML. They're now banned from getting older Deep UV machines too.
