  1. You can do a 1000 agreements with African countries, but when you've coups all the time it's not very useful. Corruption is also high, so when you give them money it's no guarantee that it reaches it's destination.

  2.  @RosscoAW  Always the same excuse. It's Africa who signs those deals. We shouldn't take a good deal? We don't sign those kinda deals in the west because we take care of our people. Don't blame Africa's corruption on us. Nigeria plays ball and are now the richest African nation because of the west. South Africa joined the BRICS and now are low on water, have no energy 12 hours a day and sewers are exploding. Corruption absolutely exploded in South Africa. We have been giving aid for 80 years to Africa. You should thank us.
