@JamesMcGhee With 500 billion you can. You need to remember we in Europe make parts for their weapons industry too. My country the Netherlands has ASML chiptechnology too. It's the most important company in the world to make chips. If we keep it for ourselves or give it to China the US chip industry is cooked. When push comes to shove we can sell it to China and give them Taiwan. TSMC cannot exist without ASML. Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Google and AMD would be cooked too.
