  1. That's not helping them. That's helping African nations who need that grain that are neutral or voted for Russia in the UN. That's helping Russia. Ukraine can export that grain through Europe to Africa. Ukraine have access through to whole of the EU and they shengen area. The west will not sanction food exports for the same reason. Russia did want Africa to starve.

  2. @@user-hl3th8lo6t Ukraine is effectively in the EU market. They can use EU ports to export grain. The EU eliminated tariffs for export and import. This deal helps Russia to export grain. Which isn't a bad thing. Just don't make Turkey the good guys, because the west never sanctioned food export from Russia. Russia was the one blocking grain from Ukraine. Turkey is the one making energy deals with Russia. They're fine with Russia killing people, but suddenly grain is important. Why? Because it passes Turkey and they can make money. It's not about Africa at all.
