Russia will run out of ammo and weaponry. They can't make it as fast as they use it. Ukraine hasn't has that problem. That will eventually decide this war. Russia has no other choice to use conscripts. There comes a point next year that Russia will need to preserve ammo. This is why Ukraine is targeting mainly ammo supplies. Ukraine is playing the long game. If the west keeps providing artillery at this rate by winter Ukraine can match Russia's artillery. Training soldiers by Germany of course helps. Maybe it's late, but if Germany can train a 100000 soldiers over a year it helps. Maybe on some advanced weaponry too.

@aaronbaker2186 60000 shells is what they could use in a day if they used every single howitzer and MLRS. You won't have much of a defense anymore though in Russia itself and shells would run out very quick.

@alexlazar4738 182 days times 20000 = 3.640.000 shells. That's a lot of shells. It's not that they didn't use any shells over the years too. Plus the ammo supplies Ukraine destroyed.

@aaronbaker2186 Russia are buying ammo from North Korea now. So their ammo is already running out. Much faster than i expected i must say. A real bad sign that North Korea is supplying Russia, but a good sign Russia will go broke faster.

You can't back out now if you wanted to. Who says Russia will ever turn back gas again. This is a war until Ukraine or Russia lose.
