  1.  @wolfswinkel8906  They're spending 900 millions a day in the war. The ruble is cut of from most of the world. Russia is not bankrupt yet, but in a year they will get close. Also Russia exports mostly basic commodities. Russia economy relies fully on gas and oil. By 2035 all cars made will be running on electricity. In 2050 all European houses will run without gas. My country the Netherlands is already started this year doing so. I don't see a future for Russia of any kind in this new world. They are in the BRIC, but most BRIC countries have the same problem. Only China in the BRIC is going the right direction. The only one with a much more diversified economy. All these BRIC countries need the west for all kinds of technology and goods. Huge US\EU companies are in all these BRIC countries. These are neutral countries. They've trade agreements with all western countries too. The fact is that they smell blood on Russia's side and can get amazing deals from Russia. That's how trade works. They see Russia backed in a corner and make advantage of that. Russia is still running in the red numbers in the end. Putin says these are great deals, but Putin is desperate fueling his war. He has too. He can't afford it. Everyday this war continues and Ukraine is getting stronger. Zelenski said he's trying to get a million person strong army. People are being trained on advanced weaponry all over Europe right now. Everyday more soldiers and equipment is crossing the border. That also means that Russia needs to intensify war efforts which means more money. When the Russian money reserves run out they've to back out of the war. If this war last another two years Russia will be dead broke. If Russia wants to win this war it has to happen in this winter. By next summer Ukraine will be unbeatable for Russia. The gasprice will fall next year when Europe's demand for gas goes away. My prediction is that Putin is going to try to make a deal for the Donbass next summer with Ukraine. I hope Ukraine says no and takes Crimea and the Donbass back within 3 years. That would be the ultimate humiliation for Putin. That could start a revolution in Russia too.
