  3. @Harvey Spellman It's always the governments fault btw. They control the wages of a country, not multinationals. Dubai is built on slave labor. European cities are not. Why!? Because our governments have laws for minimum wages and employers. Multinationals operate on how much a government allows them to do.

  7.  @fins213  They probably do. Average wage in Russia 6000 dollars a year. The make a lot more, but no amount of pay would make me a cop in Russia.
