  4. If you are in Mexico and US guns and bullets kill people i can see a huge problem. Guns are deadlier than drugs. Mexico has a cartel problem, because they buy the drugs in the US, not the other way around. Nobody ever won the war on drugs. Look at Reagan. Cartels and mafia just got bigger and drugs more expensive. Legalizing is the way to go. That way you can control the use and fentanyl will be gone. Get tax revenue too.
