WRONG!! Too many Indians have the Stockholm syndrome!! They love anything which has enslaved, raped & looted them!! They must DECOLONIZE!! While "educated" people/farmers is good, a foreign colonial language must NOT be prerequisite for being educated or wise!! In fact, people can be educated but be utterly uncultured, enslaved & stupid!! Some can speak great English but be thoroughly uneducated too!! English & most European languages have their origins in Sanskrit!! So Indians should rather emulate Sanskrit & it's variant native languages than English!! Ideally, English should be reserved for international business only where it's really required!!

The British invaders destroyed & raped my native languages & culture & it continues till date with the Nehruvian ideology & the colonizing regime!! I am supposed to speak a colonial language to seek justice in supreme court, to have a decent job or be called "educated"!! That said, Nitish is right but also a hypocrite!! He is right because irrespective of the language you speak, there is no point in speaking a language which your target audience does NOT understand!! He is also a hypocrite because he has made close to ZERO contributions in promoting/increasing nativ-ized Hindi education & innovation capabilities or even increasing Hindi vocabulary!! This shows how some politicians are clueless, dishonest, hypocritical or all of that at the same time!!

@lakshmananrajjk1989 There is NOTHING called Pakistani Urdu which has Indian origins! Indeed! Urdu was islamized & Arabized in India & so was Hindi but to a lesser extent. That is WHY we must start promoting Sanskrit which is the root of not just native Indian languages but also English & most European languages!!
