After 200+ years of genocide, loot, destruction & continued exploitation later by US-EU, no African, Indian/Chinese/Asian or south American worth his/her salt will ever favor them! Of course diplomacy will continue till times change and then there will be real action!!

Good after noon from the Indo Pacific! Africa like all developing nations must chose their own path of growth & political systems which run it!! Meanwhile, Blinken is a hypocrite and so are US & EU! He was promoting democracy in Africa when the current "so called" liberal, Biden administration is destroying American institutions including free speech in social/media!! They promote so called democracy in developing nations because they have tools including color revolutions to rig them!! Yet!! They shamefully blame Russia for every stupidity at home or abroad! If Russia that doesn't even have 10% of the power of US-EU can be blamed then it is either: 1. Russia is exceptionally talented & thus a credible partner!! 2. US-EU are exceptionally foolish and they don't deserve partners!! 3. US-EU are professional liars; fooling Africa & much of the developing world!!
