@mr.e212 Are you trying to say that Chinese & Russians are plundering & exploiting Africa like US-EU did for so many centuries?? As for aid, IF any of this sham worked, the world would know!! You are perhaps not aware that 95% of so called "western aid" NEVER reaches the beneficiaries but ends up back in the same pockets!!
