  2. It must be compulsory to learn at least one more Indian Indian language till at least class 10! In UP/Tamil Nadu etc. there must be a choice to learn Hindi/Sanskrit/Tamil or Assamese etc. Besides language skills, , it will give an intellectual & cultural edge to students who put in the effort!! English, German etc. can be learnt as foreign languages!!
