  1. The Battle For The Net Consortium has made it clear that once the 12/14 vote happens in favor of repeal, The FCC will be sued. I will let a lawyer say if Net Neutrality will be enforced during the repeal. What NN supporters do now is call Congress and make their opinion known. 12 Democratic Senators are already Pro-NN. It's a delaying action and in the 2018 mid terms, must could change. There is a 1 seat Majority in the Senate. The House could flip. If Congress flips, there may be people more amenable to NN. Muller is hard on Trump's tail. Mueller took down New York mob families, Gotti, and Enron. He'll get Trump and many in his circle. It's now a public perception battle. Pai doesn't care. But getting called "desperate" means that Pai is feeling the heat. He's going full speed because his arguments don't hold water.
