  1. I grew up in Annapolis, about 5 miles from The US Naval Academy. I saw "Red Dawn" as a kid at a local two screen movie theater. In the back of the theater were a bunch of Midshipmen. Any time a Russian was killed or blown up, the Middies celebrated like the USA had won The Super Bowl.
