i am a disabled vet but when I got out I had 42k in back pay coming. i bought some property with 2 houses on it 1 3 bedroom and 1 1 bedroom . i got these back in 1996 and have used the rental to pay 1/2 of my mortgage . Now they have not paid rent and I can not evict them due to the non evict law In ny. i have a VA loan and need help any ideas ?
