  1. I am a disabled vet spent 7 years on submarines in the 80s . I was a e-5 and during a torpedo reload test a chain broke and it swung and crushed me. I can tell you its no fun going from 43k active duty to 21k disabilty. It also hard to go to the va hospital I wait sometimes 2 hours.  I hope sanders can help us
