  1. I got liheap this year and it was 700.00 bought only 198 gallons of oil . They should not cut it off but increases I am disabled and have to leave my thermostat on 60 most of the time or I will run out of oil sometime in February and now I can not get anymore as the plan only allows for 2 payments which does not pay for enough oil . Please fight for more liheap I have tried calling 1877 joe4 oil with no luck getting thru
