  1. As a disabled vet who spent 7 years on submarines and a stupid torpedo reload went wrong and a chain broke and it crushed me ruining my life and career. I have to live close to a va hospital  to refill my morphine pump. If I lived where I wanted and could use the local doc it would really help. The system sucks for us disabled vets.
