  1. I am a disabled vet and almost of the time I agree with him. But this time I have been filling out requests for the pipe line to go tru. I fill it will bring jobs and lower fuel costs. I live in the Catskills NY about 75 miles from NY. The hear last year was cut in half and we are losing more and more every year. The only way I made it almost tru yas the free 100 gallons from 1800 joe 40il . That free oil was almost worth the heap program.
