  1. Belarus must be in an alliance with Europe and the Usa. Belarus wants a market economy, democracy, free market, and human rights. It is impossible to ignore Belarus as part of Europe in the 21st century. This is absolutely stupid for Western countries. Russia is absolutely a bandit state, on the level of Africa.
