  3. There are deterministic religions and sects of christianity, the concepts are mutually exclusive. In the same vein there are atheists who believe in free will.

  5.  @Brian-qg9bm  I disagree. Trade existed even before mercantilism. Also, what happens when someone takes up all of one resource and starts setting the price on that? That is capitalism and that is the world we live in. Think about the pharamceutical companies.
